Monica leads the United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada team with innovative programming and plans of expansion. With a background in social services, Monica brings love, hope and compassion to UCPNV and the clients we serve.
When she isn’t working on policies, procedures and budgets…she enjoys sailing, the great outdoors and spending time with her son at UNR football games.
Director of Programs and Services
Jill comes to United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada with vast experience in non-profit sectors and creates programs and services for our clients that enhance their lives and help create a positive workplace within the programs at UCP.
With a love of all things healthy eating, running and Florida State, Jill lives life to the fullest and shares her enthusiasm with staff and clients daily.
Sandie leads the accounting department at United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada. With years of non-profit accounting and Medicaid billing experience, Sandie executes financial analysis and budgeting within our agency and promotes fiscal responsibility.
When Sandie isn’t crunching numbers and keeping the budget inline, she is enjoying her life with her kids, grand kids and the cutest white fluffy dog around.
Business Office Administrator
As the Business Office Administrator, Andy ensures that the inner workings of United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada run with efficiency and grace. With years of office administrative experience, Andy brings professionalism and objectivity to this role.
When Andy isn’t returning calls, negotiating vendor prices or following up on expenses…she enjoys spending time with her adoring family, cooking and shopping for the latest shoe trends.
Director of Voyager Employment Services
Randall Mack is the Director of Voyager Employment Services. He not only helps place clients of United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada with competitive community employment, but he also takes referrals from outside agencies to place adults with disabilities in jobs within our community.
Randall has spent his career working with people with disabilities in our community and he works with his whole heart.
When not working with Voyager, Randall enjoys life, music and everything Reno has to offer with his beautiful fiance.
Krys has been part of the United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada administrative team for over 10 years. She has seen the organization grow in the number of clients served, locations, and services offered. With a love for our clients served and passion for the organization, Krys helps fill the open positions with like minded individuals.
She enjoys spending her downtime with her amazing husband, kids and equally spoiled grand kids.
Thrift Store Site Supervisor
Kelsey helps implement the programs created from our Director and communicates the needs of United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada to the team leaders working directly with our clients. With each day unique in it’s rewards and challenges, Kelsey always brings her caring heart and sense of humor to the work.
She spends her free time with her husband and fur babies, loves to enjoy the events around Reno and has a secret obsession with nail polish.
Bishop Center Site Supervisor
Cathie is our site supervisor for the Bishop Center location and brings her creative mind to the implement the programs set forth from the Director. She works with our clients to create activities that engage, empower and elevate each person and their abilities.
Cathie has an amazing artistic mind and even on her days off, finds herself creating masterpieces to share with the office.
Carson City Site Supervisor
With increased growth and expansion of programs and services within United Cerebral Palsy of Nevada , Julia stepped in to help oversee the offices in Carson City and Gardnerville. Dedication and teamwork are the hallmark contributions that make us so proud to have Julia as part of the UCP team.
As much as Julia enjoys her time with staff and clients during the week, during downtime, Julia can be found spoiling her adorable grandchildren.
